AiChat

After being inspired by WeChat's success, the co-founders started their venture in 2015 as a digital concierge company that provided services through SMS, WhatsApp, and Messenger. They sought ways to automate and scale their business, prompting them to investigate AI and construct a chatbot platform. Following the platform's initial success, the founders chose to flip the company in response to industry requests for a similar enterprise build. AiChat was established in July 2016, transitioning from a chatbot platform to an AI-powered conversational experience solution.
