Roubler originated in 2012 as a concept sketched in a notebook while our founder and CEO, Andrew Northcott, travelled from New York to Boston to attend a business program at MIT. As a former owner of one of Australia's largest private workforce companies, Andrew was well-acquainted with the challenges of managing shift-based workforces. 

He envisioned integrating compliance, staff management, scheduling, and precise payroll into one user-friendly platform. Upon returning to Australia, Andrew and his team built a system centred on compliance to enhance efficiency, boost productivity, provide clarity, and deliver valuable insights for global workforces. This commitment has guided Roubler's development at every stage, culminating in a distinctive software system redefining workforce management's future.
